The hotel's location is magnificent, close to the Metro and adjacent to Xintiandi. the staff are helpful and courteous, and there are amazing food options, chic bars, and restaurants nearby. the room with access to the club lounge was great, and the bed was large.

Extreamly positive, we really enjoy coming back

The location was magnificent and perfect and the room was clean. The breakfast was extensive and delicious and located within 400 feet from South Huangpi Road subway station was a plus. In overall the room was nicely furnished and with club access.

I loved my beautifully decorated room with free Wi-Fi, coffee, and a cozy sitting area.

They try to make you feel good and in the room servicing room twice a day is lux nowadays. Everyone make great efforts to make you feel special, its lovely feeling and the hotel is opposite to Xintiandi excellent location for shopping and for dinning, all on foot, wonderful place.

No swimming on outside on open space but in the basement. On fifth floor open space bar so lovely would be suitable for swimming pool and get a tan possible!

The only thing which was not clear at the time of booking was the taxes which made an expensive hotel at £140 per night over priced meaning I will not now go back as it went up to £188 per night. I feel this was not made clear at time of booking and I will now not be useing Booked.net for any other service. I travel over seas 26 weeks of the year and stay in up to 100 different hotels so I should know what I am talking about.

The twin room with a tub was comfortable. the hotel's central location near a subway station was convenient. - There were good vibes and a variety of amazing food options, chic bars, and restaurants within a short walking distance, including the PVG airport.

Exchange 3 times because of the disgusted smell comes from the sewage line (I guess). The duty manager help me to change 2 times, but it still happened. I was so disappointed to the `famouse` brand hotel...Finally, the hotel gave the 2-night money back to me untill 1 month later with no more apology. That date was my merry anniversary...No more check in next time!!!

In general the service was good, except in the Club lounge we found the club floor lounge a bit poor every day the same and limited food items, its not suitable for western more for Chinese people , my breakfast was every day bread with Eggs or Ham thats all as everything is more Chinese. Same is for the Main restaurant hardly anything for western, i notice this comment from other guest as well. they commented every day is the same

Sure i did not like the breakfast as well in the club lounge and ground floor restaurant. Staff English difficult to understand, more English training would be good,

The food was good and we liked the variety. the rooms were nicely decorated with access to the club lounge, which was very pleasant. the staff was very professional. the location of the hotel was handy, close to everything one could wish for.

The hotel unit is brand-new and of high quality. the staff is caring and attentive. - the location is excellent, right by the vibrant Xintiandi area with its shopping, dining, and entertainment options. It is also very close to the MRT station.

Overall it was extremely pleasant and a nice size with a view. Everything seemed perfectly fine, clean. The location was TOP and best possible, very close to restaurants, bars and shopping malls. There was an a la carte restaurant nearby.

The location here was perfect for exploring all the cool spots we wanted to check out, right in the heart of the business district! 🌆
